Replacement Nails

A. Any broken or chipped nail, please send the product back to us and contact us using the contact us page with the information of the numbered items below skipping item 3. Upon the receipt of the product we will send you a replacement nail AT NO CHARGE.
For any lost nails; the handling fee is $2.95 for standard (no ornament) or $4.95 (ornament) per nail. Ground shipping is always FREE!

B. Along with the nail (broken or chipped) you are to also include the following information:

The name and number of the product.
Describe which nail you need replaced by looking below and selecting the nail number from the graph at the bottom.
and explain which nail for example: "lower row of case, 3rd nail from the right." This is to make sure we send you the correct replacement.
Supply a check for the total amount. (Allow two weeks for check to clear). You can also purchase $2.95 no ornament replacement nail service or purchase $4.95 with ornament replacement nail service through our website with immediate credit card processing (no wait times on replacements!).
Your contact information (name, address, telephone) along with your original order number for the lost, broken or chipped nail (found on your account page) and your replacement order number to:
